Owner Mr Lee has a decade of cooking skill in preparing fried kuey tiao which later progressed to use of firewood. Intensity of fire for firewood is sufficient to bring out the aroma and full flavour of this dish, made all the more scrumptious tinged with a slight firewood flavour.
